Dems, consisting of David Gardener, Duncan Mann and Dan Moss, are producing infectious lo-fi electronic jams. After their label Bad Life it’s “stirring electronica embellished with interweaving melodies, elements of warp-esque IDM and the kind of bone-rattling bass now synonymous with their city.” Especially their upcoming single “House” has definitely pricked up my ears, but also the 2010 tunes “Lioness” and “Jarndyce vs Jarndyce” are dreamy masterpieces.
Their debut EP House will be available digitally and on limited 7” vinyl, from November 14th through Bad Life. Show them some love on Facebook!
