While rummaging through the upcoming Rough Trade releases online, I suddenly stumbled over this up-and-coming three-piece of multi-instrumentalists from London:

Dems, consisting of David Gardener, Duncan Mann and Dan Moss, are producing infectious lo-fi electronic jams. After their label Bad Life it’s “stirring electronica embellished with interweaving melodies, elements of warp-esque IDM and the kind of bone-rattling bass now synonymous with their city.” Especially their upcoming single “House” has definitely pricked up my ears, but also the 2010 tunes “Lioness” and “Jarndyce vs Jarndyce” are dreamy masterpieces.
