COOLRUNNINGS is definitely one of these Bandcamp bands. They’re releasing they’re first EP’s for free on their Bandcamp page, send their songs to different well-known blogs, before catching the attention of Pitchfork. This is today’s band generation!
Hailing from Knoxville the band is playing cool lo-fi/psych sound, combining electronic instruments with great percussion lines. Yeah, this style of music seems to be quite popular these days. But who cares? Still it’s a great thing to get free music by new, great bands, isn’t it?
